  • ETFC Dinner: Successful event with 35 attendees. ​
  • April 8 Presentation: Phil Rowley shared stillwater fishing techniques with over 25 members.
  • Membership: Club has ~70 members; renewals encouraged. ​
  • Conservation Raffle: Tickets available for a Quicksilver 365 HD PVC boat ($10 each). ​

Alberta Wildlife Federation Position Statement:

  • Fisheries management should prioritize sustainable harvest, habitat protection, and public consultation. ​
  • Recommendations for species-specific harvest limits, stocking programs, and aquaculture expansion.

Conservation and Habitat:

  • Emphasis on aeration systems, habitat restoration, and stocking programs to prevent fish kills and improve aquatic ecosystems.
