Our annual Member’s night where we have the last regular meeting until October. Our featured speaker is Dr. Paulette Penton who is a Provincial Fisheries Allocation and Use Specialist as part of the Policy & Planning Division of Environment & Parks. The focus will be on Fisheries Management in Alberta followed by a Q&A period. We are also having our annual Potluck dinner that night so members are encouraged to bring salads, entrees or desserts. We will provide buns and cold cuts along with pickles, condiments and beverages. Please contact Mark Stalford if you are wondering what to bring.

We are having a Spring work party at the club property at the lake this Sunday, May 15 @ 11:00 AM. We will also be installing the dock so we need a few people with waders to help out. Please bring yard tools for pruning, trimming etc. It may be handy to have a chainsaw if possible. There will be hot dogs and refreshments provided. Usually we get things done pretty quick so bring your fishing gear for an afternoon fish.
