| PRESIDENT’S REPORT Our latest A.G.M was a mixed success. There were a lot of people in attendance and the elections went smoothly so that is good. We were able to fulfill our requirements for club directors with extra’s and several key board positions were retained by their previous volunteer. Unfortunately, we were unable to find volunteers for 2 key roles; President & Treasurer. Your club only functions through the effort of it’s volunteer members so we’re really hoping someone will step forward to fill these roles. Mentorship and assistance will be provided for anyone wishing to step forward and volunteer for either of these positions. The ETFC cannot move forward as a functioning club without a working executive. Please reply to this email if you have any questions about, or would like to volunteer for either of these positions or other committee roles. | MEETING REMINDER The next regular meeting is tomorrow, Tuesday April 16, 2019 We were unable to get a speaker for this meeting so by popular request we are having a fly tying night after a short business meeting. Please remember to vote before the meeting. Bring your fly tying tools and material and come out to make a few flies. As a reminder we need more flies for our 2nd Prize fly box in the club raffle. |
